FCA launched a consultation on binary options in May
Martin Wheatley, chief executive of the FCA, will be replaced as chair of a key European
Securities and Markets Authority (Esma) committee
in a reshuffle of the regulator’s expert policy committees.
Elizabeth Roegele, chief executive director of securities supervision at German regulator, Bafin, will take over from Wheatley as chair of the Secondary Markets Standing Committee.
