LBMA’s list now includes 83 gold, 73 silver refiners
The Tokyo Commodity Exchange (Tocom) has
said that it has signed a License Agreement with the London
Bullion Market Association (LBMA) to use the
LBMA’s 'Good Delivery List’ in tandem
with its existing accreditation procedures.
The LBMA’s 'Good Delivery
List’ is a global industry standard for
determining the quality of gold and silver bars. The list now
includes 83 gold and 73 silver refiners.
Under the terms of the agreement, Tocom
will require 'Good Delivery’ status, granted by
LBMA, to be met prior to designation of deliverables for gold
