CFTC was criticised for implementation of the swap execution facility regime
The world’s top futures
regulator the Commodity Futures Trading Commission has said it
will hold next month a public hearing on a controversial
process of determining which specific products should fall
under its remit.
The CFTC’s Division of Market
Oversight unit said on Monday it will hold a public roundtable
on July 15 in Washington to discuss the controversial Made
Available to Trade process that decides which specific contract
types should be bound by new regulation.
