Maijoor said Esma would review new Mifid rules when better data was available

(Esma), has said the regulator is planning to review a number
of Mifid II’s more controversial provisions,
including the non-equity transparency regime, after the
regulation is operational.
Speaking before the European
Parliament’s Economic and Monetary Committee
(Econ) on Tuesday Maijoor told lawmakers Esma would review the
non-equity transparency provisions "once they are in operation,
and react to potential deficiencies."
