No-action relief from registration for foreign CTAs and IBs that facilitate swap transactions for IFIs
The US Commodity
Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) late Friday, granted
no-action relief from CFTC registration to foreign introducing
brokers and commodity trading advisors (CTAs) that facilitate
swap transactions for International Financial Institutions
(IFIs) with US offices.
