Former BAML banker has been touted as Bocker’s replacement in recent months
The Singapore Exchange has Monday
confirmed that Loh Boon Chye will take on the role of CEO after
Magnus Bocker steps down later this month, ending months of
speculation over the next chapter of the Asian exchange.
As first reported by FOW last month, Loh -
most recently a senior Bank of America Merrill Lynch banker
– has Monday been appointed to the position. He will
begin in the new role on July 14 2015.
