LCH. Clearnet appointed heads of FX and credit derivatives units in March
London-based clearing house LCH.Clearnet
said it has extended its foreign exchange client clearing
offering to European accounts as planned and won the backing of
four brokers for the new service.
LCH.Clearnet said that end-users trading
NDFs are now able to connect to four clearing brokers offering
the service, including HSBC, Société
Générale and Standard Chartered Bank. "As a
result, a greater number of firms in Europe will now be able to
access the benefits of NDF clearing, including enhanced risk
management and improved capital efficiencies," said
