The exchange is gearing up to launch power futures before the end of November
Warsaw Stock Exchange has secured a
potentially major boost to its trading ambitions as US
regulator the Commodity Futures Trading Commission has
certified the ambitious European group.
The Polish exchange group, known as GPW,
said its recognition by the world’s most powerful
futures watchdog means it will be able to pitch its flagship
WIG 20 futures contracts directly to US investors.
