CME will next month add options on its physical euro cocoa futures contracts
Performance enhancements on CME
Group’s Globex will continue on Sunday, focused on
a raft of FX options and commodity futures, as the exchange
makes a series of updates to improve latency in futures and
options trading on the platform.
In internal testing the exchange saw
latency on CME Globex reduced by 5% for futures markets and 10%
for options on futures.
The derivatives marketplace will continue
the series of planned performance enhancements on Sunday, with
the latest wave updating CME FX options; CME Equity options;
CBOT Treasury options; CME E-mini S&P 500 futures; CME
Commodity futures; and CBOT Commodity futures.
