chairman, Richard Berliand, have been re-elected to their
positions following the company’s annual general
Faber has been chairman
of the German exchange group since 2012 after joining the board
in 2009. Prior to this, he spent 12 years as CEO of Allianz
Global Investors. He also serves on the board of British bank
