Trayport has said data collection risk remains the key issue
ahead of the implementation of new reporting tools for Remit
regulation, following a survey of energy firms.
Under the Remit rules, European energy
market will have to report details of their transactions and
orders for wholesale energy products to the European Agency for
the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Acer). The rules will be
phased in from October 7 2015.
According to the study, the key priority
for customers is to have a fully supported solution for
reporting disaggregated data, and that the data is managed in
