Cerutti joined the exchange in 2009 from IBM where he worked for 17 years
Euronext has said its chief and chair of
the managing board Dominique Cerutti has decided to part ways
with the exchange to join technology firm Altran.
The exchange said on Wednesday the CEO,
who joined NYSE Euronext in 2009, will step down from the
position on July 15 this year.
Cerutti will join Altran as chairman and
chief executive, said Euronext.
"Dominique Cerutti successfully navigated
the company through its complex separation from the
Intercontinental Exchange to its subsequent Initial Public
Offering in an extremely short timeframe and positively
repositioned the group as a leading independent exchange in
Europe," said Rijnhard Van Tets, chairman of the supervisory
board of Euronext.
