FCA is working on various aspects of derivatives and clearing regulation
The Financial Conduct Authority is to hire
former director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch Samantha Page
to work in its supervision unit, marking the latest move by the
British regulator as it works through new derivatives
Page was a director of futures and
options, and over-the-counter clearing at Merrill Lynch
International based in London until she resigned from the US
bank this month.
