BGC Partners acquired the company last month after a lengthy takeover

inter-dealer broker, has said it will delist and deregister its
common stock from the New York Stock Exchange, following its
acquisition by rival US broker BGC Partners.
GFI, led by chief
executive Michale Gooch, cited the costs of compliance and
