CFTC warming to prospect of foreign entities operating with US citizens
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has issued
an exemption allowing Hong Kong brokers to deal directly with
US customers, marking the first time the US regulator has
recognised a foreign jurisdiction.
