The Tokyo Commodity Exchange has relaxed
its rules around warehousing arrangements, marking the latest
move by a large international exchange to ease its storage
The exchange said on Thursday it had
increased the number of parties eligible to issue warehouse
receipts for precious metals to include commercial firms and
broker members who satisfy certain criteria.
