Administrators (CSA) looks set to emulate the US Swap Execution
Facilities (Sefs) after it outlined a proposed regulatory
framework for over-the-counter-trading (OTC)
The proposals were
published on Thursday in a consultation paper outlining the
framework for Derivative Trading Venues (DTFs).
