Societe Generale has moved former Newedge
head of technology Alain Courbebaisse to lead US prime clearing
in the latest management reshuffle at the bank as it merges
Courbebaisse, who joined Fimat in 1999
before it became Newedge in 2008 and that firm was bought
outright by SG last year, reports in his new role to Chris
Topple, SG’s global head of prime clearing
services, and Antoine Babule, head of Newedge Americas.
