Asian clearing houses have been relying on temporary no action relief from CFTC
Timothy Massad, Chairman of the Commodities Futures Trading
Commission (CFTC), has said the commission plans to grant
permanent exemptions from CFTC registration for some overseas
clearing houses this year.
