Owner GFI is in a long-running battle over a potential deal with CME
London-based broker Kyte Group, owned by
GFI Group, is in talks to sell its clearing arm to US
commodities broker RJ O’Brien, according to
sources in London.
The sources said Kyte is close to cutting
a deal with RJ O'Brien that will see the clearing business of
the London-based firm come under the ownership of RJO and
complement the US broker's growing European business.
