The global ETF/ETP saw a record level of $2.79 trillion in assets in 2014
The global exchange traded funds (ETFs)
and exchange traded products (ETPs) market will top $3 trillion
in the first-half of 2015 according to data from research and
consultancy firm ETFGI.
The forecast follows a strong year for the
assets which saw the global ETF/ETP industry hit a record $2.79
trillion in assets across 5,580 ETFs/ETPs, with 10,770
listings, from 239 providers listed on 62 exchanges in 49
countries, said ETFGI.
