Turkish derivatives will be cleared by majority LSE-owned LCH.Clearnet
The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has
signed a partnership with Borsa Istanbul that will see Turkish
derivatives trading on the LSE in London.
Under the terms of the deal, London Stock
Exchange Derivatives Market (LSEDM) will offer trading in
futures and options on the BIST 30 Index and on leading Turkish
stocks. London trading in the products is set to become
available in the second-half of 2015, subject to regulatory
approval and customer readiness, said LSE.
