Exchanges have been tightening up their rules in response to regulatory scrutiny
The Intercontinental Exchange will next
week change a rule on market abuse, bringing the exchange giant
into line with new guidance from US regulators.
The Atlanta-based market will change on
January 14 a rule to reflect new detail from US regulators,
tightening up existing rules put in place by the Dodd-Frank
