CFTC subcommittee on FX markets backs calls for mandatory clearing of NDFs
The Commodities Futures Trading Commission
(CFTC) has extended no action relief to Japan Securities
Clearing Corporation (JSCC) and its qualifying participants and
The clearing house can continue to clear
for US citizens and will not be required to register as
derivatives clearing organisations (DCO) with the CFTC until
December 31 2015, at the earliest.
