CFTC has delayed mandatory record keeping of oral communications
The Commodities Futures Trading Commission
is set to part ways with a director in its swap dealer unit,
marking the latest senior departure since CFTC chair Tim Massad
took over in June.
Gary Barnett, a director of the CFTC's
Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight (DSIO), said
he will leave the futures regulator in January to take up a
senior position at the Securities Exchange Commission
