Exchange said growth due to more interest in hedging against price changes
The Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange
(DGCX) said that gold futures - its flagship contract
– traded 46,066 contracts in November, a 22% rise
year-on-year and up 39% from October.
DGCX said total exchange-traded volumes in
November were up 19% on the comparable period at 981,925
contracts, valued at USD28.5 billion.
