Regulators have been pushing metal benchmarks onto electronic exchanges
The London Metal Exchange has launched
LMEbullion, a new electronic system designed to replace the old
platinum and palladium benchmark set by the London Platinum and
Palladium Fixing Company.
The LME said LMEbullion, the fully
automated price discovery system, will hold two auctions daily
at 09:45 and 14:00 London time.
