ICE now owns six clearing houses and this is set to become seven in March
The Intercontinental Exchange has
completed the acquisition of Holland Clearing House in a deal
that gives it a key clearing foothold in Europe.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, was
originally announced in September.
Holland Clearing House is based in
Amsterdam and clears exclusively for TOM (The Order Machine),
the multi-lateral trading facility owned by a trio of Dutch
market participants and Nasdaq.
