LSE has completed £1.6bn deal after winning approval from UK competition authorities
The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)
said on Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of the US
index provider Frank Russell, giving the British group a key
strategic platform in the US.
The exchange group also confirmed it is
undertaking a comprehensive review of Russell's fund management
business, adding the review is making good progress and on
track to be completed in early 2015.
