The International Swaps and Derivatives
Association has appointed a new chairman in the shape of
Eric Litvack, a managing director at Societe Generale, marking
the second senior change at the trade body in less than four
Isda, which is the main trade body for the
over-the-counter derivatives market, said Litvack will replace
Stephen O’Connor who has decided to leave the
association to pursue other interests after more than three
years as chair.
