November levels were highest since the exchange launched night trading in May 2009
The Tokyo Commodities Exchange said it is
reaping the benefit of the many cross-border partnerships it
has struck in the past year as its after-hours trading hit a
record high this month.
Tocom said a statement that night-time
trading accounted for almost half (48.8%) of all trades this
month as the total of contracts traded after hours hit 1.17
million, which is its highest level since the night session was
launched in May 2009.
