ED&F Man hired some 30 brokers this year to compete with larger rivals
ED&F Man, the ambitious London-based
firm, has hired another six brokers including two former
brokers from Icap, a larger rival that has been shedding staff
ED&F has hired this month Ricky Dunn,
a senior broker who left Icap last month after three years with
that firm, seven years with MF Global and three years at
Mizuho, and Mark Fisher, a director of prime clearing sales who
left Deutsche Bank in June after 12 years with that bank.
