Exchange will launch mini-futures in three metals at the start of next month
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has unveiled its Asian
commodities strategy by pledging to launch in December futures
based on three metals.
HKEx said on Wednesday it will launch mini futures contracts
based on Aluminium, Copper and Zinc on December 1 subject to
user readiness. The contracts will trade in Renminbi (RMB).
"The new contracts will provide currency convenience, they
will expand our range of RMB products, and they will further
strengthen Hong Kong's position as the leading offshore RMB
