Leadsom said the government is committed to prosecuting trader who rig rates
Britain's City minister has underlined the
government's commitment to prosecute traders who manipulate key
industry benchmarks such as Libor.
Andrea Leadsom, the UK economic secretary,
said on Friday the British government will continue to pursue
criminal prosecution of any traders that have been found to
have tried to manipulate an industry benchmark.
