Regulatory authority is set to publish a paper on cross-border reforms
The International Organisation of Securities Commissions has
pledged to try to iron out some of the cross-border regulatory
problems that have arisen as the G20 countries have implemented
their reforms of the over-the-counter markets.
Greg Medcraft, the chairman of Iosco, said in a speech that
cross-border regulation is one of the regulatory
authority’s key projects and it is set to publish
a paper on this.
