Atlanta-based exchange has completed three deals in the past 12 months
The IntercontinentalExchange has completed its third
acquisition in less than a year as it signed off its $350m
takeover of tech vendor SuperDerivatives a month after the deal
ICE said in a statement on Wednesday the all-cash deal
closed on Tuesday, taking to three its deals in the past year
after it bought NYSE Euronext for $11bn and the Singapore
Mercantile Exchange for $150m in November last year.
