US regulator extends relief to court reticent buy-side into Sef regime
The US derivatives watchdog has extended relief for firms to
carry out pre-arranged trading of certain swaps on the swap
execution facilities (Sef).
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) originally
granted this relief from May 1 to September 30 but it has now
extended the exemption to February 16 2015.
