Icap CEO Spencer said he has reduced broker headcount by 265 this year
Icap has said its first half revenue will fall a tenth
compared to last year as the firm continues to restructure its
broking business in the face of regulatory change.
The broker also said revenue in its global broking division
is expected to decline by 16% on a constant currency basis in
the first half due to persistent low volatility and increasing
regulatory costs in its voice business.
