JWG said Mifid II, German HFT act and Europe's FTT will be key reforms
The amount of regulatory paperwork on a futures
firm’s desk could be three times higher than the
Eiffel Tower by 2020, according to regulatory think tank JWG
A JWG report estimates the financial industry has so far had
to manage about 50,000 regulatory documents, a 500% increase on
2009, and this number could rise to 190,000 by 2020.
