Members are trying to deal with multiple clearing houses in many regions
Trade body the Futures Industry Association (FIA) is working
with two international law firms to guide members on how they
can navigate clearing during this time of regulatory
The FIA said it will cooperate with law firms Linklaters and
Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy to produce a new guide on
the new rules governing central counterparties (CCPs).
