Survey underlines slow take-up of swap execution facilities in US
New US rules that require the clearing and execution of over
the counter (OTC) derivatives on swap execution facilities
(Sef) have not impacted end users, according to a survey from
the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (Isda).
Certain interest rate and credit default swaps have been
required to be traded on electronic platforms to encourage
transparency since the advent of the Sef regime in February
