The accusing parties have three weeks to refile case against HKEx and the LME
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) and subsidiary the
London Metal Exchange Holdings (LMEH) have been cleared of all
claims of anti-monopolistic behaviour in connection with their
US aluminium warehouses.
The US District Court for the Southern District of New York
said the case against HKEx and LMEH was dropped on the grounds
of lack of evidence from the accusing parties that it broke
