Australian stock exchange group is facing clearing competition from LCH.Clearnet
The Australia Securities Exchange (ASX) beat regional rivals
to report annual futures revenue up 10% as new derivatives
services paid off, the exchange said.
The ASX 24 business, which includes interest rate,
electricity and commodity futures, saw income rise to $185.5m
in the year to the end of June, as average daily volume
increased 1.7% to 461,148.
