CFTC has latterly issued letters to swap execution facilities and an Indian clearer
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued two
no-action letters to US swap traders and an Indian clearing
house, marking the latest letters from the US futures regulator
criticised for overusing this form of regulation.
The CFTC, which has in recent years implemented the
controversial US Dodd-Frank Act, issued late on Tuesday a
no-action letter to US swap execution facilities that provides
them relief from certain reporting duties linked to uncleared
