Anthony Blumberg stands accused of concealing fees fraudulently charged to clients
The former chief executive officer and a former trader of
former ConvergEx subsidiary ConvergEx Global Markets (CGM) have
been indicted over fraud allegations.
Anthony Blumberg, who led the division of ConvergEx, which
was effectively closed down in 2011, was charged alongside
former trader Craig Marshall with allegedly concealing fees
fraudulently charged to clients.
In a separate action, the Securities and Exchange Commission
announced civil charges against Blumberg.
