Trading of US options finally bounced back amid heightened geopolitical events
The US options market bounced back in July
after suffering months of declining volumes, with trading up by
9.5% to 355.4m contracts according to the Options Clearing
Trading of equity options increased by
9.3% to 322.4m contracts, and activity in index options was up
11.5% to 33m contracts.
