Metals market to challenge a decision in favour of one of its top clients Rusal
The London Metal Exchange (LME) has decided to formally
appeal against the High Court’s ruling that halted
its warehousing reform programme, with the hearing set to take
place on July 29-30.
If successful, it would allow the LME to continue with its
planned rule changes as it aims to slash the waiting times for
deliveries of physical metals from warehouses.
