Banks and corporates struggled with the February deadline and now another looms
Banks and corporates will face more challenges when the next
European reporting deadline comes into force later this year,
according to the CEO of a European trade repository.
Under European regulations, collateral and valuations for
all derivatives trades will have to be reported to a trade
repository from August 12 onwards.
The mandate comes six months after the February deadline
which much of the industry struggled to meet.
