Regulator provides temporary relief for five Canadian banks
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has provided
temporary relief for five Canadian banks registered as swaps
dealers, from quarterly risk reporting rules until October
The no-action letter issued by the derivatives watchdog
refers to the requirement that swaps dealers are required to
furnish risk exposure reports on a quarterly basis.
