Commission concerned over the roles of HSBC, Credit Agricole and JP Morgan
The European Commission has said it may take action against
HSBC, Crédit Agricole and JPMorgan over concerns the
banks may have colluded to rig the price of interest rate
The EU’s market watchdog believes the three
banks may have taken part in a collusive scheme to distort the
normal course of pricing components for euro interest rate
